Begin with @SunshineProvisions fennel sausage paired with @SwankSpecialtyProduce Jimmy Nardello peppers and young rabe. Choose from entrees like Florida Keys grilled cobia with citrus and Swiss chard, honey-glazed Niman Ranch Iberico pork chop with roasted apples, or @Creekstone_farms Prime filet mignon Wellington with wild mushroom duxelle and bordelaise sauce. Daniel’s first wine dinner was an evening to remember! ✨ Owners Thomas Angelo and daughter Kassidy of Gioia Hospitality Group were honored to host legendary winemaker @darioushwinery and the incredible team behind @suwanneeriverwagyu for a night filled with exquisite flavors, exceptional wines, and unforgettable stories.

Culinary Director Chef @danny.ganem crafted a remarkable menu, perfectly paired with wines selected by our Wine & Beverage Director, Daniel Bishop. Together, they created an extraordinary experience that brought our guests together in celebration of food, wine, and community. 🍷🍴

A heartfelt thank you to Allen Papp, Vice President of Darioush Winery, for sharing the rich history of this iconic Napa Valley estate, and to Sydney Valentine & Dale Herring, owners of Suwannee River Wagyu, for inspiring us with their dedication to sustainable ranching practices.
