Swank Specialty Produce, founded in 1996, began with a vision to cultivate unique produce rarely grown in South Florida. What started as a modest lettuce operation has expanded to include over 360 varieties of specialty produce and wildflowers across 20 acres in Loxahatchee Groves.

We are proud to partner with @Swankspecialtyproduce, renowned for their vibrant, locally grown produce nurtured under the South Florida sun. Swank Farm employs OMRI (Organic Materials Review Institute) certified protection products, ensuring top-quality harvests. Their greens are harvested and packaged the same day, resulting in exceptional freshness and extended shelf life, perfect for our dishes at Daniel’s Steakhouse.

In addition to Swank, we are also excited to collaborate with @harpkefamilyfarm, @_tinyfarm_, and Winter Park Dairy, all of whom share our commitment to sustainable, local sourcing. Their dedication to quality and flavor is reflected in every dish we serve.
