Daniel Bishop

Noted sommelier Daniel Bishop is the architect of our stunning wine list. Having worked at award-winning restaurants like San Francisco’s Delfina and Miami’s Fiola on his resume, Daniel is known for building extensive and refined wine lists with beverages that span the globe and appeal to every palette.

“My goal is to create a wine list that is enjoyable by the entire Fort Lauderdale community and appeals to every taste and is available at virtually every price point while enhancing our guest experiences.”
