Join us nightly at Daniel’s bar, whether it’s for our nightly Happy Hour from 5 to 7 pm or for a nightcap on the way home from a Panthers game. Our cocktail and wine list has been curated by Wine and Beverage Director Daniel Bishop with an incredible selection of spirits, beers, and wines by the glass.

On our menu, you’ll find Skipper Sweet oysters from Panacea, FL, Hog Snapper from the Florida Keys and delicious cuts of Prime Steaks & American wagyu from ranches in North Florida such as Suwannee River, Providence Cattle, and Arrowhead Beef. Sourcing products locally within the state of Florida is a priority for our culinary team.

You’ll be able to enjoy iconic Florida dishes, like our homemade Key Lime pie. Our team will feature a nightly catch of the day prepared on our grill as well as unique opportunities to partake in an All Florida Tasting menu at our Chef’s counter.

At Daniel’s, we do our very best to source products that are local and sustainable to the fullest extent possible.

Our team has extensive relationships with farms like Harpke Family Farm, Swanke Specialty Produce, Tiny Farm, and Winter Park Dairy, along with ranches from North Florida and local fisherman from the Florida Keys.

While we have menu items that are not from Florida, we certainly love showcasing the bounty that’s available here in the Sunshine State.
